All references to “FHS”, “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to:

By accessing the website or purchasing goods from FHS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

8. Online Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders placed online constitute an offer to purchase.
  • An order is accepted only once payment has been confirmed and the order processed.
  • FHS reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

9. Product Availability

  • All goods are subject to availability.
  • If goods are unavailable, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.
  • Lead times may apply for certain products.

10. Special Order / Purchase-Against-Order Items

Certain products are ordered specifically from suppliers after purchase.

  • Full payment is required upfront.
  • Customers are responsible for confirming correct product selection.
  • Correctly supplied special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • These items cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

11. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Prices are valid only for FHS stores and the FHS website.
  • Payment methods may include cash, card, EFT, or approved online payment gateways.
  • Secure third-party payment processors are used; FHS does not store card details.

12. Deliveries & Collections

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on availability and courier performance.
  • Delivery costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
  • In-store collection is free.
  • Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be modified.

13. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are governed by the FHS Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Goods must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable unless goods are faulty.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including cut-to-size, special-order, or clearance items.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method where possible.

14. Faulty Goods

  • Faulty goods may be returned in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
  • Goods will be assessed and repaired, replaced, or refunded at FHS’s discretion.
  • Damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation is excluded.

15. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, designs, and content remain the property of FHS.
  • No intellectual property may be copied without written consent.
  • Breach may result in legal action.

16. Breach

If either party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy such breach within 21 days of written notice, the aggrieved party may enforce performance, cancel the agreement, or claim damages.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. South African courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

18. General

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FHS.
  • If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
  • No waiver or variation is valid unless in writing.
  • FHS may update these Terms at any time.

19. Domicilium & Notices

FHS selects its principal place of business as its domicilium citandi et executandi. Notices may be delivered by hand, email, or registered post.
